Having worked within global marketing teams for FTSE-250, Fortune 500 and smaller niche recruitment companies since 2006, Luca understands the hiring challenges that organisations face, having interviewed many business leaders and leadership experts.
A trained journalist (PTC-approved postgraduate magazine journalism course with the Press Association), Luca considers himself a specialist content writer and creator, having chalked up 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and accumulated a wealth of knowledge across many industry sectors.
Whether you need blog articles, reports, white papers, press releases, brochures, emails, ad copy or case studies, Luca is an expert in all content types and can turn around work very quickly and to a high standard. He loves nothing more than interviewing recruitment professionals to raise their profiles and showcase their subject matter knowledge.
He is very passionate about helping people achieve their true potential and getting ahead in the workplace. As he was once told, ‘Everyone has potential’ and those words have always stuck with him. He had his own careers blog and continues to cultivate that passion as host of the Morgan Philips ‘New World of Work’ podcast. He is a big believer in building relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders.
Pre-recruitment, Luca started out as a financial analyst before changing career to focus on his passion for writing and sports (which he still does dabble in, recently appearing as a pundit on a podcast to discuss the England-Italy final!). He can translate from French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese into English.
