February might be the shortest calendar month, but it certainly didn’t fall short on results. As follows is a sample of the coverage we achieved for some of our clients in the last month.
It seems fitting to begin with Forbes, in which Karen Spens, the President of BI Norwegian Business School, recently featured. BI has been ranked as Norway’s best business school for the past six out of seven years, and was the first business school in Norway to receive the triple crown accreditation from AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA, which is no small feat. The article aimed to learn more about Professor Spens’ career and leadership, and provided some excellent wisdom and insights for readers worldwide.
Other contenders were the two articles published in the Financial Times featuring the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC). The first article explored the “Allure of abroad palls for Chinese MBA students.” The article focused on one student's experience, and also on the impact covid has had on students choosing to study abroad. The group also featured in a second FT article, which asked the question “Are we in a buyer’s market for MBAs?” Being in the FT guarantees a global reach to a wide range of audiences – so this is certainly a win for GMAC!
Two of our clients, ESMT Berlin and POLIMI Graduate School of Management, collaborated to form “INNOVA Europe” – which aims to find solutions to challenges revealed by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This was featured in BusinessBecause, EFMD Global, and Business in the News – an abundance of coverage for this project! With this being such an important and topical subject, often it will make it into multiple publications.
King’s Business School, meanwhile, featured in Workplace Wellbeing. Achieving coverage in a trade publication such as this one can be hugely beneficial. Trade mags tend to have highly engaged readers who are usually looking for industry-specific news. This can guarantee that our clients work is being read by an audience who are looking for something more specific to their career interests.
Naturally, some of our clients also featured in BlueSky Thinking, a publication devoted to "insights and research worth sharing". Thanks to the excellent work that so many of our clients are doing, we have a wide array of really interesting topics to discuss regularly on this platform. Schools such as INSEAD featured in this article about the past 25 years of the FT MBA ranking, or EMLYON in this article about how going green can actually lose you customers.
So, it is evident that February was another big month here at BlueSky Education. Being able to take our clients' goals and knock them out of the park each month is something that makes us extremely proud, and writing this blog just reinforces that feeling. If that is a feeling you would like to experience, why don’t you reach out today? Let us help you to achieve those goals and make each month from now a roaring success. Maybe you could even feature in next month's roundup?
